We deliver orders purchased over the phone using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $3 AUD (within Australia) Orders are dispatched within 1 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3
and 5 business days, depending on your location.
Reception Hours Mon – Fri 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4:30pm. Sat 8am to 2pm and Sun 8:30am to 12.30pm. Please phone to arrange a time to pick up your voucher outside of these times. (Check Our Centres page for opening times).
