HICAPS available at Clovelly Indoor Centre Only. Receipts available for health insurance rebates at Wylie’s Baths. Please check the therapist you are booked with is registered with your fund.
Treatments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Gift voucher appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Not showing up for an appointment incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Note that we have two separate locations for our outdoor and indoor massages. When booking, please specify if you would like your massage outdoors. Hot stone, aromatherapy, facial-massage packages, paediatric and oncology treatments are not available outdoors at Wylie’s Baths.

A valid gift card/voucher must be presented at the time of your appointment.
All gift cards/vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
All outstanding gift cards/vouchers purchased before 1 March 2018 are automatically cancelled at their expiry date.
All self-use packages are valid for 12 months and are automatically cancelled 12 months after expiry date.
Please choose carefully. Gift cards/vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Health fund receipts are not available for gift card/voucher purchases. Tax invoice/receipt only available for gift voucher purchases
