Infrared Sauna

Experience the power of infrared. The gentle heat from an infrared sauna penetrates your body and raises your internal temperature. This triggers a deep and cleansing sweat that eliminates toxins, chemicals and fat. Infrared sauna sessions are available at our Clovelly Road Centre.  We offer single sessions, massage+sauna sessions, multiple "sweat packs" and couples sauna sessions. Please note that we have found our two person sauna to be comfortable for one, cozy for two.
